A nice fully working and usable as an every day pocket watch.

A nice sterling silver full hunter and in good condition. The signed Dennison case has no major scratches but has some minor dents and marks to the rear cover (not very visible in the pictures), the front cover hinge is slightly strained allowing the cover to open some way past 90 degrees but the hinge is good. It is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1956.  Front cover pops open with a depression of the crown, as it should.
 
Mineral glass crystal is perfect.
 
The dial is bright and clean, no hairline cracks or chips. Roman numerals. Blued steel hands.
 
The movement is a Waltham 15 Jewel and damascened. Recently fully serviced including modern alloy "unbreakable" mainspring. Tested, runs well and keeps good time.
 
Presented in a luxury and strong metal framed pocket watch case. The case is padded faux leather and fitted with dense velvet covered foam, recessed to accommodate the watch and a chain.
 
Great for wedding, graduation, retirement, Christmas, Fathers day or birthday present. A very nice piece.

Servicing is defined as the piece being disassembled, cleaned, inspected and adjusted if necessary. It is then re-assembled and correctly oiled, timed for accuracy and adjusted if required. The mainspring will be replaced with a modern alloy type and the piece will be bench-tested for at least one day.
 
Statement.
 
I restore all of my watches to a fully working condition. It is my aim to provide a watch that is not only running but working to a usable state. My watches can be worn and used for their intended purpose on a daily basis. The time keeping should certainly be within +- 5 minutes per 24 hours but I aim for +-3 or better.
