An outstanding gold filled full hunter. The case is a Dennison SUN 25 year guaranteed (from date of manufacture) each part is made from 2 plates of gold with a plate of composition between them, vastly superior to electroplating which only deposits a very thin layer of gold. This is the SUN model by Dennison and is as good as it got before being solid gold. With the benefit of having a more rigid core to help it be more durable. This is 14k gold thick layers bonded to a metal composition base.

The case is clean and bright, in super condition. All hinges are in good working order, the front and rear covers open to 90 degrees, all covers open and close well. Front cover pops open with a depression of the crown. Fantastic condition case, only VERY small insignificant marks and a VERY small ding to front cover, no signs of wear.
The double sunk dial is bright and clean, has a faint and short hairline crack through 3 O'clock,no chips, signed "Waltham".
Arabic Numerals, gold hands.
The movement is a Waltham 17 Jewel 1908, damascened, adjuster star, running well and keeps good time.
Mineral glass crystal in perfect condition.
Complete with an 18k gold plated Albert chain with Red Onyx and Dragon Blood Stone stone set spinner.
Presented in a luxury and strong metal framed pocket watch case. The case is padded faux leather and fitted with dense velvet covered foam, recessed to accommodate the watch and a chain.

Servicing is defined as the piece being disassembled, cleaned, inspected and adjusted if necessary. It is then re-assembled and correctly oiled, timed for accuracy and adjusted if required. The mainspring will be replaced with a modern alloy type and the piece will be bench-tested for at least one day.
Statement.
I restore all of my watches to a fully working condition. It is my aim to provide a watch that is not only running but working to a usable state. My watches can be worn and used for their intended purpose on a daily basis. The time keeping should certainly be within +- 5 minutes per 24 hours but I aim for +-3 or better.
