A sterling silver half hunter case and in very good condition. The signed Dennison case has no major scratches, has a couple of VERY minor dings to the rear cover. It is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1934 cover pops open with a depression of the crown, as it should. All covers open and close well and to 90 degrees. Intact enamel inlayed Roman Numerals around front mineral glass window.
 
Mineral glass inner and front porthole crystal, both in perfect condition.
 
The dial is bright and clean, no hairline cracks. Roman numerals. Signed "J.W. Benson London". 
 
Blued steel hands.
 
The movement is a Swiss made 15 Jewel. Signed J.W. Benson. Recently fully serviced including modern alloy "unbreakable" mainspring. Tested, runs well and keeps good time.
 
With sterling silver, fully hallmarked graduated link Albert chain. 34 grams. Features a shield fob. Fully hallmarked for sterling silver.

Serviced.
Servicing is defined as the piece being disassembled, cleaned, inspected and adjusted if necessary. It is then re-assembled and correctly oiled, timed for accuracy and adjusted if required. The mainspring will be replaced with a modern alloy type and the piece will be bench-tested for at least one day.
 
Statement.
I restore all of my watches to a fully working condition. It is my aim to provide a watch that is not only running but working to a usable state. My watches can be worn and used for their intended purpose on a daily basis. The time keeping should certainly be within +- 5 minutes per 24 hours but I aim for +-3 or better.
